Residents of these nine districts who have completed postgraduate studies from any recognized institution of the country or the state are required to fill Form-18 to become voters. Along with the form, they must attach the mark sheet of their final postgraduate year, Aadhaar card, and two recent passport-sized color photographs.
All original documents must be compulsorily submitted. The form must be filled out correctly and clearly. The photographs should be recent. It is necessary to write your mobile number on the form.
